This ham makes a great treat. I used to put it in a sandwich, but now I don't like to dilute it
with anything, although I will sometimes wrap small pieces around a cornichon, as the two
flavors go very well together. But, wow, not for anyone who has to watch out for salt intake.
Made Croque Monsieur using jambon and gruyere on Sally Lunn bread, came out excellent.
used for charcuterie board - guests enjoyed it - we are practicing outside entertaining and social distancing so made small boards and provided tables for individual families
Makes a delicious sandwich with unsalted butter on a crusty baguette. We will order again.
