Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving. When ready to serve, remove plastic film from package and unmold. Using a sharp, warm knife cut the Bloc into equal sections and serve on top of toasted brioche bread or a bed of field greens. If serving at a party, unmold in the middle of a serving platter. Surround with sliced French baguette or toasted brioche bread and fresh fruit, such as figs or grapes.
It is an excellent product, Merci à tous! I love the texture and the flavor. Really wouldn’t mind seeing a more rustic version of it where the duck fat has to be removed from the extremities and we can see the pepper but at that point might as well have to travel to France. Eager to try their duck confit now!
Great product smooth and silky just like the foie gras in Perigord
It was exquisite, full flavors of canard foie gras with no fillers. Had it to celebrate a special occasion with a good Sauterne. Will definitely purchase again.
